14 – Abu Khaythama narrated to us; Sufyan b. ʿUyaynah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from ʿAmir b. Saʿd, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, “Indeed, if you leave your heirs wealthy, that is better than leaving them in need.”
١٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَهُ: «إِنَّكَ إِنْ تَتْرُكْ وَرَثَتَكَ أَغْنِيَاءَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَنْ تَتْرُكَهُمْ عَالَةً»
