36 – Ahmad ibn ‘Isa al-Misri narrated to us; ‘Abd Allah ibn Wahb narrated to us; Bakr ibn Mudar narrated to me; Muhammad ibn Hakim narrated to me that ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘As said: “Would that I were a single brick from this pile of bricks—nothing counted against me and nothing in my favor.”
