71 – Abu ʿUmar al-Azdi narrated to me. ʿAbd Allah ibn Idrīs said: I heard ʿAbd Allah ibn Saʿīd recite:
Time has loosed its arrows at me,
and the wound has lodged in my back and knees;
So now, after once striding out with ease,
I shuffle like a prisoner bound in double shackles.
