728 — Al-Hasan ibn Abd al-Azīz related to me: Abū Hafs related to us. He said: I heard al-Layth narrate from Yazīd ibn Abī Habīb, who said: Aisha—may Allah be pleased with her—said, “The Messenger of Allah—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—would use words sparingly, whereas you scatter them profusely.”
