722 — al-Hasan ibn ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz related to me, saying: ʿAmr ibn Abī Salama related to us, from Saʿīd ibn ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz, who reported that Jesus son of Mary (peace be upon him) said: “Among the gravest sins in the sight of Allah Most High is for a servant to say, ‘Allah knows,’ concerning something he himself does not know.”
