665 — ‘Ubayd Allah ibn ‘Umar narrated to us: Yazīd ibn Zuray‘ narrated to us: Sulaymān al-Taymī narrated to us, on the authority of Abū ‘Uthmān al-Nahdī, on the authority of Abū Barza al-Aslamī, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: While a slave girl of his was riding a she-camel carrying some of the people’s belongings, she suddenly saw the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, as the mountain path narrowed around them. She said, “Move on! O Allah, curse her!” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, then said: “A she-camel that bears a curse must not accompany us.”
