618 – Muhammad ibn Qudāma related to me: Sufyān related to us, from Mis'ar, from Muhārib, who said: “We accompanied al-Qāsim ibn 'Abd al-Rahmān, and he surpassed us in three respects: prolonged silence, generosity of spirit, and frequent prayer.”
