572 — Husayn ibn Mahdī related to us; Abd al-Quddūs Abū al-Mughīra related to us; Safwān ibn Amr al-Saksakī related to us; Rāshid ibn Sa‘d and Abd al-Rahmān ibn Jubayr ibn Nufayr related to me, from Anas ibn Mālik—may Allah be pleased with him—who said: The Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him—said: “When I was taken up, I passed by people who had nails of copper with which they were scratching their faces and chests. I asked ⦗266⦘, ‘Who are these people, Gabriel?’ He replied, ‘These are the ones who devour people’s flesh and assail their honor.’”
