566 — Muhammad ibn Idrīs related to me; Muhammad ibn Wahb related to us; Ubayd ibn al-Walīd ibn Abī al-Sāib related to us; my father related to me, saying: “When Abd Allah ibn Abī Zakariyyā was in a gathering and those seated with him became engrossed in anything other than the remembrance of Allah, he would seem oblivious. But when they began remembering Allah, he listened more intently than anyone present.”
