564 — Muhammad ibn Idrīs related to me; Hishām ibn Khālid related to us; Abū Khulayd Utba ibn Hammād related to us, from al-Awzāī, from Yahyā ibn Abī Kathīr (may Allah have mercy on him), who said: “There are two qualities which, if you see them in a man, you may know that what lies beyond them is even better: he restrains his tongue and carefully observes his prayer.”
