282 — Abū Khaythamah narrated to us: Abū Usāmah narrated to us, saying: Hātim ibn Abī Saghīrah informed me, on the authority of Simāk ibn Harb, from Abū Sālih, from Umm Hāni—may Allah be pleased with her—who said: I asked the Prophet—peace and blessings be upon him—about His saying, “And you commit evil in your gatherings.” ⦗168⦘[al-Ankabūt: 29] He replied, “They used to throw things at passersby and mock them. That was the evil they used to commit.”
