234 — Muhammad narrated to me: Yahya ibn Abī Bukayr narrated to us, from Sharīk, from Aqīl, from al-Hasan, may Allah have mercy on him, who said: “Backbiting does not apply to three: an adherent of religious innovation, one who openly commits wickedness, and an unjust ruler.”
