220 — Abū Tālib Abd al-Jabbār ibn Āsim narrated to us: al-Jārūd ibn Yazīd narrated to us, from Bahz ibn Hakīm, from his father, from his grandfather—may Allah be pleased with him—who said: The Messenger of Allah—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—said, “Do you refrain from mentioning the wicked person? When, then, will people recognize him? Mention him for what is in him, so that people may beware of him.”
