215 – Ubayd Allah al-Atakī informed us: Mūsā ibn Ismāīl narrated to us: al-Hunayd ibn al-Qāsim narrated to us, saying: I heard Ghibta bint Khālid say, “I heard Aisha—may Allah be pleased with her—say: ‘None of you should backbite anyone else. Once, while I was with the Prophet—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—I said to a woman, “This woman’s garment has such a long train!” He said, “Spit it out! Spit it out!” So I spat out a piece of flesh.’”
