202 — Ahmad ibn Jamīl al-Marwazī also narrated to us: ʿAbd Allah ibn al-Mubārak informed us: Jaʿfar ibn Hayyān informed us, from al-Hasan—may Allah have mercy on him—who said, “O son of Adam, you see the speck in your brother’s eye, yet leave the log lying crosswise in your own eye.”
