177 — Abd Allah ibn Abī Badr narrated to us. Yazīd ibn Hārūn informed us, from Ismāīl ibn Abī Khālid, from Qays, who said: Amr ibn al-Ās—may Allah be pleased with him—passed by a dead mule and said: “By Allah, it would be better for any one of you to eat the flesh of this than to eat the flesh of his brother.”
