137 – Ja‘far narrated to us: Abdullah ibn Sālih narrated to us: Rishdīn narrated to me, on the authority of al-Umarī, on the authority of Hishām ibn Urwa—may Allah be pleased with him—who said: The Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him—said: “May Allah have mercy on whoever restrains his tongue concerning the people of the qibla, speaking of them only in the best manner he can.” He repeated these words seven times.
