117 — My father narrated to me: Ismā'īl ibn Ulayya informed us, from Dāwūd ibn Abī Hind, who said: “It reached me that Mu'āwiya—may Allah be pleased with him—asked a man, ‘What remains of your forbearance?’ He replied, ‘I pay no heed to what does not concern me.’”
