64 – ʿUmar b. Ismāʿīl al-Hamdānī narrated to us; Isḥāq b. ʿĪsā related; from Abū ʿAbd al-Raḥmān al-Shāmī; from al-Shaʿbī; from al-Nuʿmān b. Bashīr, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “To speak of blessings is gratitude, while to ignore them is ingratitude. Whoever is not thankful for little will not be thankful for much, and whoever does not thank people does not thank Allah. Togetherness brings blessing, whereas division brings torment.”
