3 – ʿAli ibn Dawud narrated to us; ʿAbd Allah ibn Salih narrated to us; Abu Zuhayr Yahya ibn ʿUtard al-Qurashi narrated to us, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Allah never grants a servant the gift of gratitude and then withholds further increase from him, for Allah says, ‘If you are grateful, I shall surely give you more’ (Quran 14:7).”
