23 – Nasr ibn ʿAli reported: Muhammad ibn ʿAbbad transmitted, from Abu Ahmad al-Zubayri, from Israʾil, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu Burdah, from ʿAbd Allah ibn Salam:
“Allah, Mighty and Majestic, will seat His servant before Him and enumerate His blessings upon him—this very narration. At that point he wept, then wept again, and said, ‘I hope that Allah will not seat a servant before Him and then punish him.’”
