149 – 10664 – Abū Ayyūb al-Qurashī, the client of the Banū Hāshim, narrated to me. He said:
David—peace be upon him—said, “My Lord, tell me what is the least of Your blessings upon me.” Allah then revealed to him, “O David, breathe.” So he drew a breath, and Allah said, “That is the least of My blessing upon you.”
