119 – ʿUmar ibn Abī al-Ḥārith al-Hamadhānī related to me; Muslim ibn Qādam narrated to us; Muʿāwiyah ibn Hāshim ibn ʿĪsā al-Ḥimṣī narrated to us; al-Ḥārith ibn Muslim informed me, from al-Zuhrī, from Anas ibn Mālik, who said:
Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked at his face in a mirror he would say,
“Praise be to Allah who has fashioned His creation and set it aright, honored the appearance of my face and beautified it, and made me among the Muslims.”
