1 – Al-Ḥasan ibn aṣ-Ṣabbāḥ informed me; ʿUmar ibn Yūnus narrated to us; ʿĪsā ibn ʿAwn al-Ḥanafī narrated to us, from Ḥafṣ ibn al-Furāfiṣah al-Ḥanafī, from ʿAbd al-Malik ibn Zurārah, from Anas ibn Mālik, who said:
The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: “Whenever Allah bestows a favor upon a servant in his family, wealth, or children, and the servant says, ‘Whatever Allah wills; there is no power except through Allah,’ he will not see any misfortune befall that blessing short of death.”
