Chapter: Belief That Allah, Mighty and Majestic, Does Not Sleep
Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says: “Allah—there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him” [al-Baqarah: 255], to the end of the verse.
The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, informed us, saying: “Indeed, Allah, Mighty and Majestic, does not sleep, nor is it fitting for Him to sleep.”
