662 — Abū Shuayb Abd Allah ibn al-Hasan al-Harrānī narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Abān al-Balkhī informed us, saying: Yahyā ibn Isā al-Ramlī informed us, from al-Amash, from Tamīm ibn Salamah, from Urwah, from Aisha—may Allah be pleased with her—who said: “Blessed is He whose hearing encompasses every voice. The woman was speaking privately with the Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him—and I could hear some of what she said while some of it escaped me, when Allah—Mighty and Majestic is He—revealed: ‘Allah has certainly heard the words of the woman who disputes with you concerning her husband’ [al-Mujādilah: 1]
