624 — Abu Bakr Jafar ibn Muhammad al-Firyābī informed us, saying: Yazīd ibn Khālid ibn Mawhab al-Ramlī narrated to us, saying: Abd Allah ibn Wahb narrated to us, from ⦗1037⦘ Amr ibn al-Hārith, that Darrāj Abu al-Samh narrated to him, from Abu al-Haytham, from Abu Saīd al-Khudrī, from the Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him—that a man said, “Tūbā shall be for whoever saw you and believed in you.” He replied, “Tūbā shall be for whoever saw me and believed in me. Then Tūbā, then Tūbā, then Tūbā shall be for whoever believes in me without seeing me.” A man asked, “O Messenger of Allah, what is Tūbā?” He replied, “A tree in Paradise whose span is a journey of one hundred years. The garments of the people of Paradise emerge from its buds.”
