611 — Abu Bakr ibn Abī Dāwūd narrated to us, saying: My paternal uncle Muhammad ibn al-Ashath narrated to us, saying: Hasan ibn Hasan narrated to us, saying: My father, Hasan, narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Abd Allah ibn Abbas, from the Prophet—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—who said: “The people of Paradise will see their Lord—glorified and exalted is He—every Friday amid sands of camphor. Those seated nearest to Him will be those who hastened to Him most swiftly on Friday and set out earliest in the morning.”
