477 — Al-Firyābī informed us: Abū Kāmil al-Jahdarī narrated to us: Bishr ibn al-Mufaddal narrated to us: Dāwūd ibn Abī Hind narrated to us: The divine decree was mentioned, whereupon Mutarrif said: “We have not been left to it, though we have found that ultimately to it we shall return.”
