342 — Abū Bakr Abd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn Ziyād al-Naysābūrī narrated to us, saying: Yūnus ibn Abd al-Aʿlā narrated to us, saying: Abd Allah ibn Wahb informed us, saying: Abū Hāniʾ al-Khawlānī informed me, from Abū Abd al-Rahmān al-Hubulī, from Abd Allah ibn Amr ibn al-Ās, who said: I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say: “Your Lord Most High wrote all the decrees of creation fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth.” He said: “And His Throne was upon the water.”
٣٤٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ قَالَ: نَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو هَانِئٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «كَتَبَ رَبُّكُمْ تَعَالَى مَقَادِيرَ الْخَلَائِقِ كُلَّهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِخَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ» قَالَ: «وَكَانَ عَرْشُهُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ»
