Muhammad ibn Bukayr informed us, from Jafar ibn Sulaymān, from Abd al-Samad ibn Maqil, from Wahb ibn Munabbih, who said: “A learned jurist who is chaste, ascetic, and holds fast to the Sunnah—people such as these are the followers of the prophets in every age.”
Muhammad ibn al-Husayn said: “May Allah make us and you among those through whom the Sunnahs are revived, innovations die out, the hearts of the people of truth grow strong, and the souls of the people of caprice are subdued, by His grace and generosity.”
