2040 — Abū al-Fadl al-Abbās ibn Yūsuf al-Shiklī narrated to us, saying: Ahmad ibn Sufyān al-Misrī narrated to us, saying: Yahyā ibn Abd Allāh ibn Bukayr al-Makhzūmī narrated to us, saying: al-Layth ibn Saʿd narrated to us, saying: Hishām ibn Urwa narrated to me, from his father, from Aisha, who said: The Messenger of Allah—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—said: “Whoever honors an adherent of innovation has thereby helped to demolish Islam.”
