Ibn Abd al-Hamīd narrated to us, saying: Abbās ibn Muhammad ⦗2533⦘ al-Dūrī narrated to us, saying: Nasr ibn Hammād, Wahb ibn Jarīr, Fahd ibn Hayyān, and Abū Jābir al-Makkī, Muhammad ibn Abd al-Malik al-Azdī, narrated to us, saying: Shuba ibn al-Hajjāj narrated to us, from Abū al-Tayyāh, from Abū al-Sawwār, who said: I heard Ali—may Allah be pleased with him—say: “There will certainly be men who love me whom Allah, Mighty and Majestic, will admit into the Fire because of their love for me; and there will be men who hate me whom Allah, Mighty and Majestic, will admit into the Fire because of their hatred for me.”
