Abū Sa'īd Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Ziyād al-A'rābī narrated to us, saying: al-Hasan ibn Affān al-Kūfī narrated to us, saying: al-Hasan ibn Atiyya narrated to us, saying: Sharīk narrated to us, from Jābir, who reported from Abū Ja'far, saying: I asked him, “Did any one of you, the members of the Household, ⦗2525⦘ ever revile Abū Bakr and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both)?” He replied, “No. So show loyalty to them, ask Allah to forgive them, and love them.” I asked, “Was there anyone among you who believed in the doctrine of the Return?” He replied, “No.”
