Ibrāhīm ibn al-Haytham al-Nāqid informed us, saying: Muhammad ibn Sulaymān—Luʾayn—narrated to us, saying: Abū Aqīl narrated to us, from Kathīr al-Nawwāʾ, from Ibrāhīm ibn al-Hasan, from his father, from his grandfather, from Alī ibn Abī Tālib—may Allah be pleased with him—who said: The Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him—said: “Toward the end of time, a people will emerge who are called al-Rāfida (the Rejectors); they will reject Islam.”
