1904 — Abū al-Qāsim Abd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn Abd al-Azīz al-Baghawī ⦗2417⦘ narrated to us: Abd Allah ibn Mutīʿ narrated to us: Ismāʿīl ibn Jaʿfar narrated to us, from Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahmān ibn Maʿmar al-Ansārī, who heard Anas ibn Mālik say: The Messenger of Allah—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—said, “Aisha’s excellence over other women is like the excellence of tharīd over other foods.”
١٩٠٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْبَغَوِيُّ ⦗٢٤١٧⦘ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُطِيعٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ , أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «فَضْلُ عَائِشَةَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ كَفَضْلِ الثَّرِيدِ عَلَى الطَّعَامِ»
