1892 – Abū Ja‘far Ahmad ibn Yahyā al-Hulwānī narrated to us; he said: Muhammad ibn al-Sabbāh narrated to us; he said: Wakī‘ narrated to us; he said: Zakariyyā ibn Abī Zā’idah narrated to us, from al-Sha‘bī, from Abū Salamah, from Aisha—may Allah be pleased with her—that the Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him—said to her, “Gabriel sends you greetings of peace.” She replied, “And upon him be peace and the mercy of Allah.”
