1737 — Abu al-Qāsim ʿAbdullāh ibn Muhammad al-Baghawī narrated to us, saying: Dāwūd ibn ʿAmr al-Dabbī narrated to us, saying: Khālid al-Wāsitī narrated to us, from Yazīd ibn Abī Ziyād, from ʿAbdullāh ibn al-Hārith, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Whoever harms al-ʿAbbās has harmed me. Indeed, a man’s paternal uncle is like his father.”
