1720 — Abū Jaʿfar Ahmad ibn Yahyā al-Hulwānī also narrated to us, saying: Al-Haytham ibn Khārija narrated to us, saying: Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahmān ibn Yazīd ibn Jābir narrated to us, from his father, from Abū Yahyā Sulaym ibn ʿĀmir, who said: I heard Abū Umāma narrate from the Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him—that he said, “Then I was taken onward—that is, through Paradise—until I looked down upon three men drinking wine of their own. I asked, ‘Who are these, Gabriel?’ He replied, ‘They are Zayd ibn Hāritha, Jaʿfar, and Ibn Rawāha—may Allah be pleased with them.’”
١٧٢٠ - وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحُلْوَانِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَارِجَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى سُلَيْمِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ وَهُوَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ , قَالَ: " ثُمَّ انْطُلِقَ بِي , يَعْنِي: فِي الْجَنَّةِ , حَتَّى أَشْرَفْتُ عَلَى ثَلَاثَةٍ يَشْرَبُونَ مِنْ خَمْرٍ لَهُمْ , قَالَ: قُلْتُ: «مَنْ هَؤُلَاءِ يَا جِبْرِيلُ؟» قَالَ: هَؤُلَاءِ زَيْدُ بْنُ حَارِثَةَ وَجَعْفَرٌ وَابْنُ رَوَاحَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ
