1700 — Abū Bakr Abd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn Abd al-Hamīd al-Wāsitī narrated to us: Hārūn ibn Abd Allah al-Bazzāz narrated to us, saying: Sayyār ibn Hātim narrated to us, saying: Ja‘far ibn Sulaymān al-Duba‘ī narrated to us, saying: Abū Hārūn al-Abdī narrated to us, saying: An elderly man narrated to me, saying: I heard Abū Dharr say: I heard the Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him—say: “The likeness of the members of my household is that of Noah’s Ark—peace be upon him: whoever boards it will be saved, and whoever remains behind will perish.”
