1676 — And Abū Bakr ibn Abī Dāwūd narrated to us, saying: al-Khalīl ibn Bahr, Abū Muʿādh, ⦗2183⦘ narrated to us, saying: Hajjāj ibn Nusayr narrated to us, saying: Qurra narrated to us, from Abū Rajā al-Utāridī, who said: “Do not revile the members of this Household—the Household of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. For when al-Husayn—may Allah be pleased with him—was killed, a neighbor of mine from Balhujaym said, ‘Have you not seen that so-and-so, son of so-and-so?’—meaning al-Husayn. Allah—Mighty and Majestic—then struck him with two stars from the sky, which blinded him.”
