1610 — Abū Muhammad Abd Allāh ibn Muhammad ibn Nājiya informed us, saying: Wahb ibn Baqiyya al-Wāsitī narrated to us, saying: Khālid ibn Abd Allāh al-Tahhān narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Amr, from Abū Salama, from Aisha—may Allah be pleased with her—who said to Fātima—may Allah be pleased with her—:

“Do you remember when you leaned toward the Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him—and wept, then laughed?”

She replied: “He told me that he would die from this illness, so I wept. Then I leaned toward him, and he told me that I would be the first of his family to join him and that I was the foremost woman among the women of Paradise, except for Mary, daughter of Imran. So I laughed.”
