1528 — Ibn Abī Dāwūd also narrated to us. He said: My paternal uncle, Muhammad ibn al-Ash‘ath, narrated to us. He said: Abū Ghassān narrated to us. He said: Asbāt ibn Nasr narrated to us, from al-Suddī, from Subayh, the client of Umm Salama, from Zayd ibn Arqam, from the Prophet—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—who said to Ali, Fātima, Hasan, and Husayn—may Allah be pleased with them: “I am at war with those who wage war against you, and at peace with those who make peace with you.”
