1481 — Abū Bakr ibn Abī Dāwūd narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Abd Allah, the client of Banū Hāshim, narrated to us, saying: al-Waddāh ibn Hassān narrated to us, saying: Talha ibn Zayd narrated to us, ⦗2010⦘ from Ubayda ibn Hassān, from Atā, from Jābir, who reported that the Messenger of Allah—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—said to Uthmān:

“You are my ally in this world and the Hereafter.”
