150 — Abū Ahmad Hārūn ibn Yūsuf narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Abī ⦗480⦘ Umar al-Adanī narrated to us, saying: Abd al-Wahhāb al-Thaqafī narrated to us, from Ayyūb, from Ibn Abī Mulayka, from Aisha—may Allah be pleased with her—that the Messenger of Allah—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—recited: “It is He who sent down the Book to you. Some of its verses are definitive—they are the foundation of the Book—while others are ambiguous” [Āl Imrān: 7], continuing to the end of the verse. He then said, “When you see those who argue about it, they are the ones whom Allah Most High meant, so beware of them.”
