1373 — Abū Bakr ibn Abī Dāwud narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Yahyā ibn ⦗1899⦘ Fayyād al-Zimmānī narrated to us, saying: Abū Abd al-Rahmān al-Muqri narrated to us, saying: Haywa narrated to us, from Bakr ibn Amr, from Mishrah ibn Hāān, from Uqba ibn Āmir, who said: The Messenger of Allah—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—said: “If there were to be a prophet after me, it would be Umar ibn al-Khattāb.”
