Conclusion of the Account of the Caliphate of the Commander of the Believers, Ali ibn Abī Tālib—may Allah be pleased with him

Muhammad ibn al-Husayn—may Allah have mercy on him—said: Our position is that the order in both the caliphate and merit is Abū Bakr, Umar, Uthmān, and Ali—may Allah be pleased with them all. This is the way of the scholars.
