1184 — And Abu Bakr Abd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn Abd al-Hamīd narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Rizq Allah al-Kalwadhānī narrated to us, saying: Yazīd ibn Hārūn narrated to us, saying: Ibrāhīm ibn Saʿd narrated to us, from his father, who said: Muhammad ibn Jubayr ibn Mutʿim informed me that his father, Jubayr ⦗1716⦘ ibn Mutʿim, narrated to him that a woman came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and spoke to him about something, whereupon he gave her an instruction. She asked, “O Messenger of Allah, what if I come and do not find you?”—alluding to his death. He replied, “If you do not find me, then go to Abu Bakr.”
