1111 — Abū Ahmad Hārūn ibn Yūsuf al-Tājir narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Abī Umar narrated to us: Bishr ibn al-Sarī narrated to us: Hammād ibn Salama narrated to us, from Thābit, from Anas, who said: “By Allah, I never saw a day brighter, more radiant, or more beautiful than the day Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, came to us; nor did I ever see a day darker or more grievous than the day the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, died.”
