1105 — Abū al-Qāsim ʿAbd Allāh ibn Muhammad ibn ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz al-Baghawī also narrated it to us, saying: ʿAbd al-Rahmān ibn Sālih al-Azdī narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Layth, from Mujāhid, concerning the words: “Perhaps your Lord will raise you to a station of praise” [al-Isrā: 79]. He said: “He will seat him—or have him sit—upon the Throne.”
